1. Acceptance
By using ComniWell you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Who can use it
You must be 16 or older.
3. The service
ComniWell is a tool to log, track, and understand your own health and fitness data across training, nutrition, gut, sleep, supplements, biomarkers, and habits, connected in one shared data layer.
4. Not medical advice
ComniWell is for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimates — including AI-generated nutrient estimates from meal photos or recipe imports, and figures like calories, TDEE, or 1RM — are approximate and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical, clinical, or dietary decisions. Scores such as the sleep, gut, readiness and overall scores, and the patterns the app shows, describe your own logged data; they are not a health assessment or medical or training advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, nutrition, supplement, or training decisions.
Logging any substance in the app — including supplements, peptides, and compounds — is neutral record-keeping. ComniWell does not recommend, endorse, encourage, or provide guidance on the use of any supplement, medication, or other substance, and you are solely responsible for your choices and for complying with the law.
5. Your data is yours
You own the data you enter. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display it back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our rights in the app
The app itself — its software, design, text, graphics, and the ComniWell name and logo — belongs to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own health and fitness tracking, for as long as these terms apply. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from it.
Anything you send us as feedback or a feature request, we can use freely without owing you anything for it.
7. Subscriptions and billing
ComniWell offers two paid tiers, Standard and Premium, each available monthly or annually. Standard includes every tracking feature; Premium adds the AI features.
New subscribers get a 30-day free trial of the non-AI tracking features; AI features are not included in the trial. We ask for a payment method when the trial starts, and before it begins we show you what it includes, what it costs afterwards, and the date it ends. We will remind you at least three days before the trial ends and the first charge is taken. Cancel at any point during the trial and you are not charged.
Separately from the trial, each AI feature offers a small number of one-time free tries so you can test it before subscribing. These do not reset and are not a substitute for a subscription.
The exact price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal terms are always shown in the app before you subscribe. If we change the price of a running subscription, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the new price takes effect. We will never raise the price of a period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time: during your first billing period, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period; once your first billing period has ended, you can cancel at any time with no more than one month's notice, whatever plan you are on — this includes annual plans, so you are never locked into a second year. Cancel from your Google Play or Apple App Store account, or email [email protected] and we will handle it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription after you buy it, without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you access straight away, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want access to start immediately and that you understand you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once it does. If you would rather keep the right, wait 14 days before using the paid features. To withdraw, email [email protected] within 14 days of subscribing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Their refund process is usually the fastest route and we will point you to it. That process does not replace your statutory rights above — if the store cannot help you and you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will sort it out directly.
8. Availability
We aim to keep ComniWell running, but we don't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and things outside our control — your device, your network, an outage at one of our providers — can stop it working. What you've already logged is kept on your device, so you can still open and read it when our backend is unavailable; saving new entries needs a connection.
9. Changes to the app and to paid features
We improve the app continuously, and features change. Two commitments apply to paid features: if we remove or disable a feature included in a paid tier, we will tell subscribers in advance rather than letting it disappear; and if we remove a feature that was a material part of what you subscribed for, you can cancel and get a refund of the unused portion of what you have paid — through the app store where its refund process covers it, or directly from us if not.
AI features depend on AI models provided by third parties. Those models change, and occasionally a capability has to change or be withdrawn because of something outside our control. Where that affects a feature you pay for, the two commitments above still apply.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.
11. Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything here.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using ComniWell and delete your account at any time, from Profile → Account in the app.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account, you can export your data before it is removed, and you get a refund of the unused portion of any subscription you have already paid for — through the app store where its refund process covers it, or directly from us if not — unless the closure was because of a serious or deliberate breach.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for any significant change, tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you don't accept a significant change, you can stop using the app and cancel any subscription before it applies; where the change disadvantages you and you cancel because of it, you get a refund of the unused portion of what you have paid — through the app store where its refund process covers it, or directly from us if not.
15. Complaints
If something's wrong, email [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days. Most things get resolved there. If we can't resolve it between us, you keep every right you have as a consumer, including going to court — see Governing law below.
16. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the invalid part is treated as replaced by the closest valid equivalent.
We may transfer these terms to someone else if ComniWell is sold or reorganised. Your rights won't be reduced by that, and we'll tell you if it happens.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation and the two disagree, the English version governs — except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't mean we give it up.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes go to the competent Dutch courts.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, this does not take away the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
